After working as a Realtor, I have come to realize there is a serious need for professional real estate virtual assistants to aid the overwhelmed, often burnt out, agents in our area.
Considering my 17+ years of experience in real estate and mortgages, plus being a certified Real Estate Professional Assistant, I have chosen to fill that need.

According to the latest Zillow Real Estate Market Reports, home values in Williamsburg decreased -8.85% in the third quarter of 2008, compared to the third quarter of 2007. Nationally, home values decreased -9.7% during the same preiod.

According to Zillow’s just-released Q2 Homeowner Confidence Survey , 62% of U.S. homeowners believe their home’s value has increased or stayed the same in the past year. In reality, 77% of U.S. homes have declined in value over the past 12 months!
